Our Experience

Inspecta Holmes brings more than 32 years of building industry experience to every inspection. This includes hands-on knowledge of residential construction, building defects, workmanship standards, and site conditions across a wide range of projects.

We combine the art and science of building inspections by using practical industry knowledge together with modern tools and technology. Where required, this may include moisture detection equipment, thermal imaging, and other non-destructive methods to assist with identifying issues that may not be immediately visible at the time of inspection.

Nathan is known for his practical insight, thorough inspection approach, and commitment to independent reporting. He works directly with clients to provide honest advice, identify defects and construction concerns, and help reduce risk across residential building projects.
