What We Do

Our role is to oversee the project from an independent position, including:

Reviewing scope of works and contract documentation

Monitoring construction progress

Assessing workmanship and quality

Identifying defects and non-compliant work

Attending site inspections at key stages

Providing clear reporting and recommendations

Certifying progress claims and variations

Acting as an independent point of control between parties

StrataRemedial Projects

Superintendent Services

For strata and remedial works, we can act as an independent Superintendent, including:

Tender review and contractor selection support
Contract administration
Progress inspections
Payment claim certification
Defect identification and rectification oversight
Project completion and final sign-off

Why Independent Project Management Matters

Without independent oversight, projects can suffer from:

Poor workmanship

Cost blowouts
